Delete in the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, review the consequences, and complete identity reverification.
Deletion begins immediately after confirmation and cannot be undone. Export any information you lawfully need first.
What is deleted
- Your Clerk authentication identity, profile, preferences, consents, invitations, and active selections.
- Baby profiles you own and their journal logs, measurements, milestones, reminders, household access, and generated outputs.
- Your future access to a baby owned by someone else. Historical contributions needed in that owner's journal may remain only in anonymized form without your email or display identity.
Important limits
An offline device may temporarily show a notification already scheduled by its operating system. Do not rely on Baby Journal reminders after requesting deletion.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, stop billing, or request a refund.
Narrow security, billing, fraud-prevention, legal, provider, dispute, and de-identified records may be retained only where permitted or required.
